​Paul has a proven record of success assisting growth-focused organizations to develop and implement key strategies related to mitigating financial risk, CEO exit and succession planning Masterminds, business development / marketing, high-performance / leadership development, and attracting top executive talent.  He builds solid, trust-based relationships, and has an established reputation for his commitment to excellence and focus on results.

Paul has successfully completed hundreds of assignments working with senior leaders in numerous sectors, including Life Sciences, Industrial, Real Estate, and Technology – across a broad range of functional areas.

Prior to forming Perras Consulting in 1999, he held leadership positions as a Principal with both KPMG Consulting and Deloitte Consulting, and as a Vice President with  Lee Hecht Harrison (formerly DBM).  

A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Paul is also a Certified Management Consultant through CMC-Canada, a Certified Coach through Coaches Training Institute (CTI) / International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Board-Certified Master Coach through the American Board of Neuro-Lingusitic Programming (ABNLP). 

He is a member of several industry / professional associations, supports various charitable and community-based organizations, and also offers his time coaching recent graduates.
