We focus on quality, not quantity – and purposefully limit the number of our search assignments to ensure that we are highly responsive to our clients’ needs.
We also limit the number of search clients in each sector to significantly reduce “hands-off”, target-company conflicts.

We subscribe to an overriding commitment to our clients characterized by high-quality work, customer satisfaction, value for fees, integrity, innovation and teamwork.
Assignment Management / Professionalism
The lead consultant or coach for each assignment is responsible for the management and delivery of our service, and selects a seasoned team, as appropriate, with specific industry and technical strengths. Senior-level search consultants or ICF-certified coaches, respectively, are significantly engaged in all phases our recruitment and coaching projects.
Fixed Fees / Competitive Pricing
Our preference is to charge a fixed professional fee, which is agreed to at the beginning of each recruiting and coaching engagement, and reflects the level of the position, estimated degree of difficulty and resources required.
Regarding Search assignments, we do work with certain clients who prefer that our professional fee be based on a percentage of the compensation paid to the successful candidate.
