We directly align our services with each client’s needs and culture, working with them to meet the challenges of attracting exceptional talent. We blend proven search techniques with thoroughness, excellent judgment and our proactive, entrepreneurial style.
After gaining a thorough understanding of the client organization and the position requirements, we begin our search process by developing original research for the new assignment. We then focus on proactive target recruiting, extensive networking with our industry contacts, and in-depth, competency-based candidate assessment.
Candidates are treated in a highly professional manner from initial contact through the various stages of the search process, which in turn reflects positively on our client.
We work with clients with whom we share common values and limit the number of our search assignments to ensure that we effectively respond to our clients’ needs. We do not recruit from our clients. Our firm adheres to strict ethical standards, maintaining complete confidence for clients and candidates.
Search Process - Overview
The following list is an overview of the steps involved in our search process. This approach can be altered to best reflect the specific needs of the individual client.

Professional Fees
Our preference is to charge a fixed professional fee, agreed to at the beginning of each search engagement that reflects the level of the position, estimated degree of difficulty and resources required. However, we do work with certain clients who prefer that our Search fee be based on a percentage of the compensation paid to the successful candidate.
Our Guarantee
We are committed to delivering excellent results and continue to work with our clients until a candidate acceptable to their organization is confirmed for the position.
If, during the first 12 months of employment, the selected candidate is found to be unsatisfactory and must be dismissed, independent of downsizing or layoff, we will repeat the search process for no additional fee to find a replacement, provided there have been no material changes to the incumbent’s role, responsibilities or authorities during that time. Only out-of-pocket expenses would be billed on such a project.
