We are committed to delivering excellent results and continue to work with our clients until a candidate acceptable to their organization is confirmed.
If, during the first 12 months of employment, the selected candidate is found to be unsatisfactory and must be dismissed, independent of downsizing or layoff, we will repeat the search process for no additional fee to find a replacement, provided there have been no material changes to the incumbent’s role, responsibilities or authorities during that time. Only out-of-pocket expenses would be billed on such a project.
