A Director with our firm, Joe has over 20 years of experience in retained executive search, managing assignments across a wide range of industries and functional roles. Prior to joining Perras Consulting, Joe worked with another leading executive search firm as a Senior Consultant for 13 years.
He has developed strong networks and specific expertise in leading search assignments in consumer products / retail, food services, industrial / supply chain, life sciences, media / entertainment, and energy & infrastructure.
Joe’s proven search strategy and project management abilities include the identification / development of role-specific, leadership competencies and cultural-fit criteria.
His discipline and skills related to targeted recruitment, behavioural interviewing, assessment, short-list profiling, and reference checking consistently contribute to the success of our searches.
