Paul Perras, CMC, CPCC
Founder and Managing Director of Perras Consulting, Paul has a proven record of success assisting organizations with their executive search, executive coaching and leadership development requirements. He builds long-term, trust-based relationships, and has an established reputation for his commitment to excellence and focus on results.
Prior to forming Perras Consulting in 1999, Paul was a Principal in the executive search practices of KPMG Consulting and Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants. He also served as a Vice President with DBM Canada, where he worked with organizations and individuals in the areas of career management / transition and executive coaching.
During his 20 years in executive search, Paul has successfully conducted numerous searches for leadership positions in various industry sectors, including life sciences, consumer products / retail, industrial / supply chain and media / entertainment – across a broad range of functional areas.
Building on his extensive recruitment experience, Paul also works as an executive coach assisting senior-level corporate clients and small business owners to further develop their management and leadership skills, enhance their performance and improve the quality of their lives. Coaching provides Paul with the opportunity to work with other like-minded individuals who are committed to professional development and personal growth.
Our coaching programs involve working with leaders at various organizational levels related to: onboarding / new-in-role integration; discussing sensitive / confidential issues; taking on new challenges; developing "high potentials; strengthening emotional intelligence; assessments; career management / "best-fit"; and communication / presentation skills development.
Paul is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is recognized as one of the most comprehensive and rigorous coach-training programs. He is also a Certified Management Consultant(CMC) through CMC-Canada, and a graduate of Cornell University with a B.Sc. in Business.
He is a member of several industry / professional associations, and supports various charitable and community-based organizations.
