Paul Perras, CMC
Founder and President of Perras Consulting, Paul has a proven record of success assisting organizations with their executive search, executive coaching and leadership development requirements. He builds long-term, trust-based relationships, and has an established reputation for his commitment to excellence and focus on results.
Prior to forming Perras Consulting in 1999, Paul was a Principal in the executive search practices of KPMG Consulting and Deloitte & Touche Management Consultants. He also served as a Vice President with DBM Canada, where he worked with organizations and individuals in the areas of executive coaching and career transition.
Paul has successfully conducted numerous searches for senior-level leadership positions in the four key industry sectors Perras Consulting serves - life sciences, consumer products / retail, industrial / supply chain, and media / entertainment – across a broad range of functional areas.
In addition to executive search, Paul actively works as an executive coach assisting senior-level clients to further develop their management and leadership skills, enhance their performance and improve the quality of their lives. Coaching assignments also include working with entrepreneurs / small business owners, new-hire integration and presentation skills development.
Paul is a graduate of Cornell University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Management, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He completed his professional coach training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Paul is a member of several industry / professional associations, and supports various charitable and community-based organizations.
