We focus on quality, not quantity – and purposefully limit the number of our search assignments to ensure that we are highly responsive to our clients’ needs.

We limit the number of search clients in each sector to significantly reduce “hands-off”, target-company conflicts.

The consultant our client initially meets is the person who conducts the search – we are hands-on, and deliver our top talent and experience from the outset.

Assignment Management / Professionalism

The lead consultant for each assignment is responsible for the management and delivery of our service, and selects a seasoned team with the appropriate industry and technical strengths.  Senior-level consultants are significantly engaged in all phases of our search projects.

Fixed Fees / Competitive Pricing

Our professional fee is agreed to at the beginning of each search engagement.

We believe that an inherent conflict of interest exists when a search firm has a financial interest in what a candidate receives as compensation.

Our search fees are therefore not based on a percentage of the successful candidate’s final compensation package.

The fixed search fee for each assignment reflects the level of the position, estimated degree of difficulty and resources required.
